I have been a coffee drinker for a long time now. As a matter of fact, I have been drinking it for as long as I can remember. I do not even know when my habit exactly started, but it definitely has been a while.
I got used to drinking my morning cup of joe so much that I wasn’t able to start any morning without it. It was natural for me to wake up in the morning and run to the kitchen to make some instance coffee. If for some reason I did not do it, I felt sleepy and wanted to drink my cup of coffee as soon as it became possible.
Well, guess what? I have not drink any coffee for about a week now. I used to think that life without morning coffee was impossible, but here I am : without any coffee for about a week. And I am doing just fine! Of course, from time to time I am still feeling tempted to drink a cup of the drink, especially when I start to feel sleepy in the middle of they day, but so far I have not given in yet.
