Every Easter is a very special time to me as well as my family, especially to the kids. My kids love to paint eggs and they have been doing it for the last couple of days enjoying themselves immensely. I know that they have been waiting for this special time of year for many months, and now, when the wait is finally over, it seems like they are really enjoying themselves. The house is a little messy with all the paint and scraps of paper everywhere, but I don't mind it as long as I see that the kids take pleasure in all those fun activities.
Since the weather is not all that bad today here in the North West (it's been rather chilly lately, but with some nice moments of sunshine), I am starting to think that taking the kids somewhere tomorrow would be a splendid idea. I am thinking here about the possibility to Join in the Easter fun with National Trust. We have never done anything like this before and the idea sounds like tons of fun to me.
After looking at the website of National Trust, I found the nearest event to be only 25 km (less than 15 miles) from where I live, in the East Riddlesden Hall estate. It seems that it is not going to be that difficult to Hop on an Easter egg trail with National Trust and Cadbury and enjoy ourselves like never before.
There's a lot of things and activities for everybody to enjoy this Easter all over the UK and Ireland. Kids and their parents can rest assured that they can always Find a fab family Easter event with egg and spoon races being held in various parts of the country. My kids love spoon races and I don't want to deprive them of all the fun they could have this year. I know how eager they always are to participate in such activities.
I encourage you to visit the National Trust website and see what a wide range of events they are going to hold especially tomorrow, on Easter Monday.
